I have forgotten my Account Id.
I have forgotten my Password.
I have not received any Activation E-mail.
Somebody hacked my account and has changed my password.
Somebody used my E-mail Id to create a fake account.
Somebody has created a fake account in my name.
I have forgotten my Account Id.
FlipShelf requires user to use his e-mail Id as his login Id. So your login Id has to be one of your e-mail Ids.
On registration we send an activation mail to user's account. Please search your mail account's inbox for that mail.
We can try to lookup your Id for you. For that you need to provide us some information about yourself. The information should include your Name, DOB, Address and list of possible e-mail Ids. Please send this information to
accounts@flipshelf.com
Please note that the success would depend on how much information did you put into your profile.

If it does not help you, please provide us your account details and some documents for us to verify your identity. Please send this information to
accounts@flipshelf.com
. Upon successful verification we will send a randomly generated password to your e-mail Id.
I have not received any Activation E-mail.
Please check your spam/bulk mail folder. It might have happened that the spam filter by mistake delivered the mail to you spam folder.
Login to your account, a message will appear. At the bottom of the page is a link to resend the activation mail to your account.
If the above two does not work for you then please send a mail to
accounts@flipshelf.com
with subject "Please activate my account" from the same email account that you use as your FlipShelf Id. We will send the activation link with the return mail.

Please choose your passwords that are hard to guess and don't divulge it to anybody. Please note, FlipShelf would never ask for your password in an e-mail conversation.
Somebody used my E-mail Id to create a fake account.
You need to send an email from you e-mail Id to

. We will send a verification e-mail back and after getting a response we would delete the account.
Somebody has created a fake account in my name.
Please provide us the account Id and all the evidence that can help us ascertain your identity. Send all this information to

We will give both you and the account owner a chance to prove your identity. We would take appropriate action as per the responses received.
